Presently, almost all applications for this prestige class will be declined as we are not happy with how this prestige class works mechanically. Feel free to discuss any questions with a DM.

General

Ranging from otherworldly tricksters to master druid who had honed their shape-shifting abilities - the Shifter can take on the form of nearly anything.

Terrifying, fey, and mysterious all at once, there is seldom a single shared theme or agenda between any two Shifters.

  • Before the prestige class was suspended in EFU, the Shifter forms were drastically altered. The forms varied widely from the very basic to any number of powerful creatures, all of which were kept a closely guarded secret until they were discovered in-game. It is not yet clear what the class will become once it has been reworked.

Earning In-Game

To begin earning Shifter the following is the recommended guideline to follow:

  • Learn how to become a Shifter, requiring being taught how to become one by either a PC or NPC Shifter.
  • Explain why - for your character - the Shifter class is more appropriate than simply continuing to level up as a druid (or in rare cases a non-druid).
  • This is a difficult class to earn. Every Shifter will be different. It is key that you incorporate some fresh, unique angle into the app/character to explain why the class is justified.
