==Application Only==
Due to the nature of these Rogue perks and kits, they have been made [[Applications|Application Only]] by the DM team of EFU.
===Rogue Kit: Sapper===
----
Sappers, or Demolition experts utilise bombs and grenades in their line of work, or a weapon of choice. They arrive from many professions, from simple miners to military men. While they lack skills and abilities in many other fields, they are the best in what they do.
Players that want to use this kit must play as a pure Rogue unless they’re given explicit permission from a DM.
'''Class modifications:'''
*'''Removed:''' Sneak Attack
*'''Removed:''' Evasion
*'''Disabled:''' Lvl 8 Rogue Perks
'''Level 1'''
*Sappers can use a chat command to select 2 types of grenades out of 4 options (fire, electrical, acid, cold) which will spawn 50 grenades of each type each rest cycle (they disappear on rest)
*'''Sapper’s Grenades: Alchemical Flames(''default'')'''
**'''AoE Damage:''' fire, 1d6 per 2 levels.
**'''DC:''' Reflex save for half or evade damage - 10 + INT modifier + DEX modifier
**'''Scatter:''' Unlike regular throwables, the Sapper's grenades land in a small, randomised offset from where they were thrown at.
**'''Cost:''' When throwing a grenade, the Sapper will spend 1gp.
**'''Command:''' You can set up the grenades with chat command "/c sapper_grenades", and "/c sapper_grenades --help" will show you the details of how to use it
'''Level 5'''
*'''Player Tool (Place Satchel)''': Sapper can place visible satchel charges that deal fire damage in a Gargantuan blast radius when they’re detonated by a tossed grenade.
*'''Player Tool (Remove Satchel)''': The Sapper may remove their own Satchels.
*'''The Satchel'''
**'''Damage:''' 2d4 fire damage / lvl
**'''DC:''' Reflex save for half or evade damage - 20 + [Engineering + Set Trap]/10 + [Sapper LVL / 3]
**'''Cost:''' When placing a Satchel, the Sapper will spend 20gp.
**'''Cooldown Time:''' A Sapper can place down a Satchel every 5 minutes. If they were under the effect of stealth/invisibility that effect would break.
**'''Limitations on Deployment:''' After placing one, the satchel will take 1 round arming period for it to be able to explode. Satchel charges can't be stacked in the same explosion radius.
'''Level 8'''
*'''Combi Grenades:''' Sappers also get Combi Grenades, again set with a chat command. These deal 2 different element types (from fire, electrical, acid, cold) in the same attack.
**'''AoE Damage''': These deal (1d4 of Element 1 + 1d4 of Element 2) damage per 2 lvls, and spawn in a stack of 25.
**'''Cost:''' When throwing a combi grenade, the Sapper will spend 3gp.
*'''Player Tool (Detonate Single Satchel)''': Sapper can detonate their Satchel from a distance with this player tool. Player must be in the same area where the Satchels are for this tool to work. This will detonate the currently closest Satchel to the Sapper.
*'''Player Tool (Detonate Satchel Charges)''': Same as above, but this will detonate all Satchels in the area.

Rogue Perks

Like many classes in EFU Rogues have a large list of perks to choose from. However unlike most classes they get to choose multiple perks - one at level 4, 6 and 8, with level 8 perks being more powerful. Also unlike most classes, you will always receive your perk benefits once earned, even if you fall in levels.

Rogue on EFU is a very versatile class, able to fill a lot of different roles. Although it works well in combination as a multiclass, the EFU DM team would give this additional incentive to remain pure and help better realize your character's concept through sixteen new perks added specifically for rogues - as a bonus to the selection already available.

You may select perks by opening your character's Crafting Menu. You cannot change your perks once they are chosen.

Rogue Minor Perks (4 and 6)

Ambidextrous

"Since childhood you've made use of any tools at hand and unlike your more common associates you realize you have two of them. Favoring no hand above the other, you are as trained and adept in the use of the left as much as the right, making you a capable wielder of dual and double weapons."

Pure Bonus: Ambidexterity feat.

Bruiser

"Long brawls in the streets and exposure to numbing fists have made you more resilient to heavy-handed blows. As the number of fights increased you learnt to cover your openings and improve your hand-to-hand combat."

Bonus: Weapon Specialization Unarmed Feat. 5% Immunity Bludgeoning and +3 intimidate.

Diplomat

"You have made a living of moving in diplomatic circles, adapting to the social climate and improving your own skills in the same."

Bonus: +2 Bluff, Intimidate, Persuade

Bonus: +2 Pickpocket. +2d6 more gold stolen by using the Cutpurse player tool.

Dirty Fighter

"Whether it is biting, a sharp elbow to the side or cheap punches you have done it all and will do it again in order to win a fight."

"Always studious, you received an extensive and well rounded education."

Pure Bonus: 1 random throwable object each rest.

Explorer

"Curiosity has always been a driving motivator in your life. With every sight comes the experience of something new, something you may one day bring others to explore in full."

Pure Bonus: Half of exploration bonus for visiting new areas is converted to permanent XP. Works retroactively. Also gain 50% additional XP from Discoveries.

Application Only

Due to the nature of these Rogue perks and kits, they have been made Application Only by the DM team of EFU.

Rogue Kit: Sapper

Sappers, or Demolition experts utilise bombs and grenades in their line of work, or a weapon of choice. They arrive from many professions, from simple miners to military men. While they lack skills and abilities in many other fields, they are the best in what they do. Players that want to use this kit must play as a pure Rogue unless they’re given explicit permission from a DM.

Class modifications:

  • Removed: Sneak Attack
  • Removed: Evasion
  • Disabled: Lvl 8 Rogue Perks

Level 1

  • Sappers can use a chat command to select 2 types of grenades out of 4 options (fire, electrical, acid, cold) which will spawn 50 grenades of each type each rest cycle (they disappear on rest)
  • Sapper’s Grenades: Alchemical Flames(default)
    • AoE Damage: fire, 1d6 per 2 levels.
    • DC: Reflex save for half or evade damage - 10 + INT modifier + DEX modifier
    • Scatter: Unlike regular throwables, the Sapper's grenades land in a small, randomised offset from where they were thrown at.
    • Cost: When throwing a grenade, the Sapper will spend 1gp.
    • Command: You can set up the grenades with chat command "/c sapper_grenades", and "/c sapper_grenades --help" will show you the details of how to use it

Level 5

  • Player Tool (Place Satchel): Sapper can place visible satchel charges that deal fire damage in a Gargantuan blast radius when they’re detonated by a tossed grenade.
  • Player Tool (Remove Satchel): The Sapper may remove their own Satchels.
  • The Satchel
    • Damage: 2d4 fire damage / lvl
    • DC: Reflex save for half or evade damage - 20 + [Engineering + Set Trap]/10 + [Sapper LVL / 3]
    • Cost: When placing a Satchel, the Sapper will spend 20gp.
    • Cooldown Time: A Sapper can place down a Satchel every 5 minutes. If they were under the effect of stealth/invisibility that effect would break.
    • Limitations on Deployment: After placing one, the satchel will take 1 round arming period for it to be able to explode. Satchel charges can't be stacked in the same explosion radius.

Level 8

  • Combi Grenades: Sappers also get Combi Grenades, again set with a chat command. These deal 2 different element types (from fire, electrical, acid, cold) in the same attack.
    • AoE Damage: These deal (1d4 of Element 1 + 1d4 of Element 2) damage per 2 lvls, and spawn in a stack of 25.
    • Cost: When throwing a combi grenade, the Sapper will spend 3gp.
  • Player Tool (Detonate Single Satchel): Sapper can detonate their Satchel from a distance with this player tool. Player must be in the same area where the Satchels are for this tool to work. This will detonate the currently closest Satchel to the Sapper.
  • Player Tool (Detonate Satchel Charges): Same as above, but this will detonate all Satchels in the area.
